I just had a super important interview for the program I applied to in hopes of going to India or Tajikistan this summer, and I think it went pretty well. I hope my medical history doesn’t interfere with me getting to go. It would be terrible to be a good candidate, only to be dropped from the program because of my mental health records. Urgh.

i JUST realized why lesbians keep their nails cut short.
i mean, i always knew that short nails and lesbians somehow went together and that sometimes (in fiction at least) you could tell whether a girl was a lesbian or not by looking at her fingernails.
i’ve seen every single episode of the L Word, read countless books with lesbian characters, and identify as queer myself.

Every year the honors choral group I’m in at school puts on a “Dessert Cabaret” and we all wear party dresses and sing fun songs or whatever.
This year the choir has a lot of really shitty sounding underclassmen (who should NOT have gotten in as it is an auditioned group) and so for songs they chose:
